Job description
VO2 finance is recruiting for one of its clients a Project Management Officer.
- Level 2 support for users on complex functional operations (team restructuring, launching cross-functional programs)
- IT user support: maintaining the application repository, providing support to IT users, quality assurance on application keys
- Ensure the maintenance and evolution of Clarity and Power BI tools
- Continuous improvement: Integration of new scopes, performance enhancement, and industrialization
- Communicate changes to users (new processes, new features)
- Coordinate management reporting requests across the various dimensions present in Clarity (Project, Budget, Timetracking)
- Organize the collection of budget data and budget reviews in Clarity
Candidate profile
To successfully carry out this mission, you will need the following skills :
- At least 3 years of experience in a PMO role
- Previous experience in the banking/finance sector
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Clarity tool would be a plus
